LHLA worked on a successful Planning Appeal for Mr and Mrs Jolly of Sevenoaks, Kent. On 3rd March 2017 they wrote:

‘We are really impressed with the thoroughness and detail, but also the manner in which you have developed the argument for the refusal of the proposed development.  We thought your visual sector diagram and the cross sections with the coloured shading were very powerful.....Thank you so much for all your time, effort and diligence in putting this together for us.  It is much appreciated.”

LHLA prepared an objection to proposed new and inappropriate development in Camden Park, one of the Residential Parks of Tunbridge Wells, Kent (started by Decimus Burton) for the local residents' association. On 5th April 2018 they wrote:

'Our residents’ association asked Louise for help in putting together a case to oppose plans for development in our private park.  Louise did a great job in assessing the current situation and the potential impact of the proposed building.  She produced an excellent report - ‘Townscape and Visual Impact Analysis’ which we submitted to the Council.

Louise’s work for us was exceptionally creative and professional.   It was exactly what we wanted and we  have no doubt that the detailed but accessible content of the report made the planners think again about the details of the proposal.'
